CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, March 13. [Before G. L. Hellish, Esq., E.M.] DRUNK AND USING OBSCENE LANGUAGE. John Knott, charged with being drunk and using obscene language in Cathedral square, was fined ss. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY, Charles Evans, for drunkenness, was fined 10s. James Clark alias the Brusher, an old offender, against whom there was a long list of convictions, was sent to gaol for six mouths with hard labor as a vagrant.
