POST OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at Chief Post Office for the following places, as under, subject to necessary alterations : For Dunedin, per Phosbe, on Saturday, March 13th, at 11.15 a.m. For Northern Provinces, per s.s. Wellington, on Saturday, March 13th. at 9 p.m. For Chatham Islands, per Magellan Cloud, on Saturday, March 13th, at 2.45 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, United States, South, Central, and British America, Sandwich and Fiji Islands, British and Foreign West Indies, mails will close at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 13th. Newspapers may be posted up to 6 p.m. For the issue of money orders and registered letters at 5 p.m. Late letters for the above mail up to 9.30 p.m. For the Australian Colonies, India, China, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom, via Suez, per Tararua, on Monday, 15th March, at 11.15 a.m. Newspapers at 10.30 a.m. For issue of money-orders and registered letters, at 10.15 a.m. Late letters may be posted to 12 noon. For Dunedin and Bluff, per s.s. Tararua, on Monday, March 15th, at 11.15 a. m. J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
