MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.

CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday, March 9. [Before G. L. Hellish, Esq., R.M.] DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. A. F. Norwood, charged with being drunk at the railway station, was fined 5s and cabhire. John Thompson, for a similar offence, was also fined ss, Cornelius Connor ss, and Peter Romulus 10s, INDECENT CONDUCT. Alexander Mclntyre, charged with indecent conduct in the Domain, was fined £5. ILLEGALLY ON PREMISES. John Tondon, charged with being found illegally in the garden of Mr Gray, Montreal street, was fined 10s. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. Augustus Doyle, who had been arrested for disorderly conduct in the public street, was remanded until Wednesday, for medical examination. WIFE DESERTION. Peter Malmance, arrested on warrant from Akaroa, was remanded to that place.
