LICENSING COURT.

The quarterly meeting of the Licensing Court was held to-day. Present—G. L. Mellish, Esq, (chairman), R. J. S. Harman, G. L. Lee, and Cyril Hawdon, Esqrs, Commissioners. The following applications were granted— Anne Mann, wine and beer license, Waltham. Mr Thomas appeared* to support the application, which was postponed until the annual meeting in June. Benjamin Searle, transfer of license, of Cass' Hotel, West Coast road, from George Colli nson. Transfer confirmed.
