Royalty, says an English exchange, has at last condescended to enter the lists of the dramatists. Prince George of Prussia has produced a play. It is called “ Elfrida of Monte Salerno,” is in live acts, and is terribly romantic. In the last act, a banqueting ball falls in, and kills the wicked heroine and all her evil crew. Her brother goes mad, and several others of the characters do very dreadful things. In fact, horrors are laid oa with a princely hand.
