The person intending to register a policy thall either deliver the same to the Public Trustee at his office in Wellington, or may [eliver the same 'to an agent; and every uch person shall make application to reister such policy in a form which can be btained at any Post Office in the colony at hich Money Orders are issued. 3. The Public Trustee shall make and 3ep a book for the registration of policies, \ which the particulars of each policy mil be recorded. 4. There shall be paid to the Public Trustee by the policy-holder a fee of five shillings on the registration thereof. 5.
