PORT OF LYTTELTON. ARRIVED. Jan 28—Clyde, s.s., 27 tons, McConville, from Saltwater Creek. Jan 29—Maori, s.s., 118 tons, Malcolm, from Timaru and Dunedin, Passengers— Saloon: Miss Beswick, Mr Reston, Captain Paterson, Rev Wm Gilbert, Mr Dartnell. Steerage: Mr Jones and one prisoner. SAILED. Jan 28—Lady Don, brigantine, 68 tons, Clarkson, for Hokitika. Jan 28—Flirt, brigantine, 100 tons, McKenzie, for Auckland. Jan 28—Florence, schooner, 55 tons, Brown, for Wellington. Jan 29—Blackwall, ketch, 30 tons, Nelson, for Pigeon Bay. Jan 29 - Jannette, ketch, 34 tons, Outridge for the Bays. The s.s. Maori arrived this morning at 7.30. She brings a full Cargo, and is advertised to sail to-night, but as she has a large cargo to discharge, and heavy shipments for South, there is some doubt as to her going till to-morrow. The Australian Sovereign sailed at midnight, but the wind veering to the N.E. she had to return.
