Jan 24—Hebe, brigantine, from Sydney, Jan 24—Jannette, ketch, 39 tons, Outridge, from the Bays, with firewood. Jan 24—Kestrel, ketch, 26 tons, Clarkson, from Manuka Bay, with firewood. Jan 24 Rio Loge, brig, Anderson, from Wangaroa, with timber. Jan 25—Lady Emma, barque, 202 tons, Captain Shimmins, from Hobart Town, with timber and pailings. Jan 25—Waimate, ship, from London. Passengers—Rev de Berdt Hovell, Mr Edward Harrison, Miss Annie Reeve, Mr and Mrs Hudson and daughter, Mr Edward G. Austin, Mr Alfred C. Lyon, Miss Margaret D. Fyfe, Mr H. B. Mills, J. Wood, Tayler, Lindren, Conley. Steerage— Mr McGuinness, 30 immigrants ex Lady Jocelyn, for Akaroa, 70 do for Timaru, ARRIVAL OF THE WAIMATE. This fine ship arrived in harbor this morning from London. The health officers and commissioners left for the ship at 11 a.m. We have received no tidings as yet as to whether the ship is passed.
