SUPREME COURT.
SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, January 15. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in Court Chambers at II a.m. GOODS OF THOMAS TOBIN, DECEASED. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to Elizabeth Tobin, widow of deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE FRANCIS HENRY TAYLER. Mr Bamford applied for an order fixing date of final examination. His Honor, pro forma , made the order fixing Monday, January 18th, at eleven o’clock, when it will be further adjourned until the sittings in March. WILL OP THOMAS BOOTH, DECEASED. Mr Cowlishaw applied for order granting leave to issue probate to George Booth, as one of the executors named, reserving leave to other executors to apply. The application stood over for amendment of affidavit. RE JOSEPH HERDMAN ANDREWS. Mr Cowlishaw applied for a rule nisi, calling upon James B. Banks to show cause why his proof herein should not be expunged or amended. His Honor granted a rule nisi, returnable on the 19th inst. RE JOSEPH HENRY BENNETT. In this case, which stood over from the bankruptcy sittings, his Honor now gave judgment, granting the final order of discharge, the opposing creditors to have their costs. The Court then rose.
