Every policy-holder, who is such in respect of a policy granted or entered into in New Zealand by a Company who sh all hare made a deposit of securities under the Life Assurance Companies Act, 1873, may, if the policy or contract has been made before the commencement of the said Act, register such policy with the Public Trustee within twelve months after the commencement of the said Act, bat not after; and if made after the commencement of the &aid Act, then within six months afterthe making ruatee at his office in.
