PORT OF LYTTELTON. ARRIVED. Dec 24—Bruce, s.s., 205 tons, Macfarlane, from Dunedin, via intermediate ports. Passengers —Saloon : Miss Goodwin, Miss Benfield, Messrs Nancarrow, Sparrow, Goodwin, Fuller, Hobday, Graham, Jenkins, Laurie, Lane, Brown ; and ten in the steerage. Dec 24—East Lothian, barque, 349 tons, Norris, from Auckland. Dec 24—Augusta, brigantine, 138 tons, Pullman, from the Thames. Five passengers. Dec 24—Cleopatra, schooner, O’Brien, from the Manakau, SAILED. Dec 23—Ladybird, s.s., 286 tons, Andrew, for Dunedin. Passengers—saloon: Messrs Zachariah, Williams (2), Master Williams, Messrs Salter, McConnell, Moore, Elder, H. Davis, Beissel, and Cross, Opera Company (5), Miss Lancaster, Mrs Whincop. The barque East Lothian, Captain Norris, arrived in harbour this morning from Auckland. She brings a full cargo of sleepers and timber. The brigantines Augusta and Cleopatra, the former from the Thames and the latter from the Manakau, with timber, arrived last night.
