The above sections may be bought either by paying a small deposit, and the remainder of the purchase money by instalments to suit the purchaser, with 8 per cent interest* or on terms similar to the payment off o* loans made by the Permanent Investment and Loan Association and similar societies. Tenants of any of the sections will have the opportunity of purchase, but if not taken by them, the sections will be offered to outside buyers, subject to the leases.
