CHRISTCHURCH. Monday, November 23. [Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M. J DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John O'Brien, for drunkenness, was sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment, and William Duncan for a similar offence, was fined 20s, or forty-eight hours. LYTTELTON. Saturday, November 21. [Before W. Donald, Esq, R.M.] DRUNKENNESS. Edward Thomas Cannell was charged with drunkenness and the destruction of Government property. Fired 20s for the drunkenness, and ordered to pay £1 for damage done to Government property.
