The new Peabody Museum at Yale, United Slates, which is lo replace the original building instituted by George Peabody, has been commenced, and promises to be a very handsome edifice. The museum will be unusually l„rg fi —almost acollege.in itself —will be 350 feet long and 130 feet high in some parts, not including the towers, while the buildiugiato bo massive and thorougnly fire proof.
