It is stated upon good authority, that the following redistribution of the j udges will be made after the conclusion of the Court of Appeal Sir G. Arney to remain at Wellington ; Judge Johnston to go to Dunedin or Auckland ; Judges Richmond and Gresson to remain as at present ‘ Judge Chapman is expected to retire ; and Sir G. Arney goes home to England in February next, when Mr Prendergast will succeed him. Auckland, Nov, 5. The inhabitants of Onehunga last night presented Mr O’Eorke with a valuable sarvict of plate as an acknowledgement of his disinterested action in retiring from the Ministry.
