Mr C. C. Alkman sold the barque Especulador at bis rooms yesterday, with boats, sails, and gear complete, as she now lies in Lyttelton harbor. There was a very fair attenUaucc, but the biddings were by no means splriied. She was knocked down to Mr C. W. Turner for £I9OO. The Customs revenue collected at the Port of Lyttelton for the month of October was as follows , £ s. d.
