SUPREME COURT.

SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Tuesday, November 3. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Gresson.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE JAMES AMOS. The bankrupt in person applied for an order fixing date of last examination. His Honor made the order, fixing Thursday, the 3rd of December, for last examination of bankrupt. RE FRANCIS HENRY TAYLOR. On the application of Mr Bamford, his Honor made an order of adjudication, and fixed the first meeting of creditors for Wednesday, the 11th of November, at noon. RE ISAAC BRENTNALL, SHEATH. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order of reference to the Registrar to tax bill of costs herein. Mr Garrick had no objection to the order, but objected to the costs of the application being included. Order made ; nothing said as to costu of application.
