SUPREME COURT.
CRIMINAL SITTINGS. Monday, October 5. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.) The quarterly circuit sitting of the Supreme Court in its criminal jurisdiction, will open on Monday next, at II am. The following is the CALENDAR. Regina v Thos. Thompson—forgery and uttering. Regina v Wm. Harvey—forgery and uttering (two cases). Regina v Predk. Peiper and George Doig—larceny. Regina v Samuel Geddings and Robert Morgan— larceny, Regina v Robert Adams—larceny. Regina v James McGill —obtaining money under false pretences, and previous conviction. Regina v Same—obtaining money under false pretences (Mark’s case). Regina v Same—(Mitchinson’s case). Regina v Same—(Percy’s case). Regina v Thos. Timmins—attempt to commit bestiality Regina v Thos. Madden—indecent assault; Regina v George Hendley—indecent assault. Regina v George Hendley and Charles Weed —attempt to commit sodomy. In the cases of Regina v Chas. Crawford—shooting with intent to do grievous bodily harm (three cases), special juries will be struck to try them.
