We hear from Mr March that the immigrants per Merope, for Timarn and Akaroa, will sail in her. There was a heavy sea running in the harbor this morning, and a strong S.W. wind was blowing. The s.s.' Star of the South, Captain Farquhar, arrived in harbor this morning from Northern ports.
