Cameron, schooner, 41 tons, Ascbman, for Akaroa, in ballast. October I—Cleopatra, schooner, 92 tons, O’Brien, for Timaru, with cargo of coals, &c. Master, agent. October I—Margaret, ketch, 17 tons, Weir, for the Bays, in ballast. October I—Excelsior, schooner, 92 tons, Joiner, for Dunedin, from Picton (windbound). October I—Lucy James, 28 tons, Hamilton, for Pigeon Bay, in ballast. VESSELS IN HARBOR. Steamers —s.s. Bruce, Star of the South. Ships—Dorette, St Lawrence, Catbcart, Canterbury Taunton, Inverallan, Merope. Barques—Auriga, Mallard, John Bull, Especulador, Sea Shell. Brigs—Princess Alice, Bio Loge, Woodlark, Transport. Brigantines and schooners—Esther, Lady Don, Canterbury, Shepherdess. Notches —Linnet, Blackwall. Cutters—Antelope, Nautilus. The Bruce, s. s., will most probably sail to night. We hear from Mr March that the immigrants per Merope, for Timarn and Akaroa, will sail in her. There was a heavy sea running in the harbor this morning, and a strong S.W. wind was blowing. The s.s.' Star of the South, Captain Farquhar, arrived in harbor this morning from Northern ports.
