Lady Bird, captain Andrews, arrived in harbor this morning, at 11 a.m. from Dunedin. The following is the report— Left Port Chalmers at 2 a.m. on the 27th, and arrived at heads at 2 p.m., and had to anchor owing to the state of the bar, at the time being dangerous. Left again at 6 a.m, next morning, experienced strong N.E. gales throughout the passsage, arriving as above.
