SUPREME COURT.

SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Fbi day, September 18. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Gresson.] His Honor sat in the Couit Chambers at 11 a.m yesterday. RE ZACHARY NICHOLS. Mr Bamford applied for an order fixing date of last examination of the bankrupt. His Honor made the order fixing Thursday, 29th October. RE S. W. PALMER. On the application of Mr O'Neill a similar order was made in this case. RE J. H. EVANS. Mr Thomas applied for an order of adjudication and fixing the first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order fixing Monday, 28th September, for the first meeting of creditors, at twelve o'clock. RE M. DONOHUE. In this case, on the application of Mr Thomas, his Honor made a similar order. RE ALBEBT STACE. Mr Slater applied for an order annulling adjudication herein. No creditors had proved, and his Honor made the order. The Court then rose.
