MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, September 11. [Before C. G. Bowen, Esq., R.M.] DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John Adams, for this offence, and obstructing the police in the execution of their duty, was fined 20s and cab hire. Mary Adams, for drunkenness, was fined 10s ; Wm. Tucker, 5s ; Margaret Ellison, 40s ; John M‘Elroy, 20s ; and Anne Morgan was dismissed with a caution. ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT AN UNNATURAL OFFENCE. Wm. W. Gilbert, arrested on a charge of this nature, was remanded until Saturday,
