Auckland, Sept. 10. At the New Zealand Insurance Company’s special meeting, it was resolved to increase the capital of the company to one million sterling, in 100,000 shares of £lO each ; 50,000 shares to be allotted to present shareholdeis and 50,000 to be offered to the public on terms to be announced shortly. Thu shares to be paid up £2.
