A brig was signalled from the North this morning and a barque also. The barque proved to be the Lady Emma, from Newcastle, with coals. The brig is reported by Captain Shimmins, of the Lady Emma, to be the Princess Alice. The s.s Alhambra, Captain Sinclair, arrived in harbor this morning at 10.15 a.m. from Melbourne via intermediate ports, The s s Beautiful Star arrived in harbor this morning at 11.30 a.m from Dunedin. The schooner Elizabeth Curie arrived in harbor this morning from Hokitika.
