Two ships were signalled outside the heads from the South early this morning, and after a while they ran up their numbers, and 'proved to be the ships Cathcart and St. Lawrence, both from London, with immigrants. They were still outside the heads when our • express left. The two steamers Albion and Phcebe arrived in harbor this morning. The Albion had a fine run of 18 hours from Port Chalmers. The Phoebe brings the greater number of the senators back, the remainder will arrive to-morrow morning by the Tararua. The Albion, Phcebe, and Lady Bird, all sail to-night for their respective destinations.
