Thfe steamer Beautiful Star was to sail at 4 this afternoon. There is still a heavy range on in the harbor preventing the work going on as fully as usual, although it is partly renewed. The;Spray sailed up the harbor to take her berth and discharge at the Gladstone wharf. About 180 feet of the Breakwater has been levelled, but it is a question whether the damage done is very severe. It was visited and inspected to - day by a number of gentlemen interested, and we Understand that, although it has settled, a week or two's work will go far towards making it present its former appearance, with the additional advantage of a more solid foundation. 1 No vessels have sailed as the wind still continues dead in. The vessels have all hauled in to the Various wharfs this morning.
