ASCOT RACES. London, June IG. The Ascot races commenced to-day. The Ascot Stakes were won by Coventry. Ten horses ran. Leolinus won the Prince of Wales Stakes, Atlantic second, Lemnos third. Organist won the Gold Vase, Montargis second, Lilian third. June 17. On the second day of the Ascot races, the Royal Hunt Cup was won by Lowlander, Maid of Perth second. Apology won the Coronation Stakes, Blanche Fleur second. Atlantic won the Ascot Derby, Clairvoyant second. Lemnos won the Ascot Triennial Stakes, Spectator second, Couronne de Fer third. June 18. At the Ascot Races to-day, Leolinus won the Sfe James's Palace Stakes, Ecossais second Aquilo third. Cambyses won the New Biennial Stakes, Tipster seeond, The Colonel third. Boiard won the Gold Cup, Doncaster and Flageolet running a dead heat for second place.
