In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Judge Chapman, Mr Jas Smith moved for a rule nisi calling upon Jas Macassey, the plaintiif in Macassey v Bell, to show cause why he should not answer complaints in connection with the publication of a letter in the “Times” with reference to the case, and the Judge’s order about the production of telegrams. Rule nisi was granted.
