The Commission hope, before this part of the work is completed, to be placed in a position to enter into a further contract for carrying up the walls of the transepts and chancel. Their ability to carry oa the work, from stage to stage, must, however, depend upon the degree of support which they receive from the public. Subscriptions (which may be spread, at the donor's option, over a period of three years) may be paid to C. R. Blakißton, Esq., acting Treasurer, to the Honorary Secretary, or any Member of the Cathedral Commission, or persons authorised by them, or at the Union Bank of Australia, to the account 1 of the Cathedral Fund. CROASDAILE BOWEN, Hon. Secretary. July 6th, 1874. Ml 6806
