SUPREME COURT.
SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Greason.] The usual monthly sittings of the Supreme Court in Bankruptcy was held this day. L\ sx Examinations. RE JONATHAN KINO DON, Mr Joynt appeared for the bankrupt, and applied for the limit order of discharge. After taking the evidence of the bankrupt the case was adjourned to August 13th.
ADJOURNMENTS. The cases of Alfred George Case, John Kitchen, and Frederick Hurrell were adjourned until August 13th. RE MATTHEW WELSH, In this case there had been three adjournments without the bankrupt appearing^ His Honor now dismissed the petition, withdrawing the protection of the bankrupt. The Court then rose.
