SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, Juke 19, [Before His Honor Mr Justice Greason] His Honor sat in Chambers, at 11 a.m. RE FREDERICK HOWELL. In this case the bankrupt applied for an order fixing date of last examination. His Honor made the order, fixing Jnly 16th for the last examination of the bankrupt. RE THOMAS SMITH: Mr Joynt applied for a similar order in this case. His Honor made the order, fixing the last examination for August 20th. RE ESTATE OF C. E. DUDLBT. Mr Hobden, on behalf of Mr George Harper, applied for an order of adjudication and fixing of first meeting of creditors on behalf of Mr Wilkin, a creditor in, tha estate. His Honor said that it would be necessary for an affidavit to be filed, stating in what way the amount of Mr Wilkin's claim had been incurred. When this was done, the order would be made. GOODS OF JOHN MANATON, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for probate to issue to Teternell Manaton as widow of the do* ceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE AARON WIIINCOP, DECEASED. Mr Gaii'ick applied for probate to issue to Mary Whincop as widow of the deceased. His Honor made the order. RE ELIZABETH BEXTOJT, DECEASED.. Mr Hobden, for Mr Wynn Williams, applied for an order granting probate to Charles Clark as executor named in the will. His Honor made the order. The Court then rose.
