On the application of Mr Bamford his Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, July 10th. RE JOHN KITCHEN. In this case on the application of Mr Barnford, the last examination was fixed for July lGth. RE THE GOODS OP JAMES STOUT, DECEASED INTESTATE.
