The public will be edified by the following telegram, which we received this morning from Wellington : —“ Wellington to Christchurch, Christchurch —At a meeting of the Good Templars last night it was resolved ( “ That it is desirable there should be a grand lodge for the Middle Island of New Zealand, and that the various lodges be consulted as to whether Christchurch or Dunedin is the best place for a grand lodge.” Considering that this important news has already been reported in this morning’s “ Press,” it is one more proof of the lax manner in which the agency is conducted.
