Justice Blair, in giving bis judgment yesterday said that the evidence given by the valuers, wh(* had disregarded the varying depths of the sections fronting on Lambton Quay, in arriving at their prices pcir foot, had been of little, if any assistance to the Court. The Court awarded in full compensation £26,000. As to interest, the question had been settled between the parties by the Crown agreeing to pay,
