MR CFRZOX’S THRILLING RESCUE (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Feb. 11. When the Goliath aeroplane belonging to the French Air Union, bound from Paris to Croydon, made a forced landing, at Staplehurst, in Kent, it burst into flames as it touched tlie snow-covered ground. Mr Hugh Curzon. of Hull, the only other passenger Insides Mr and Mrs Hodges. M. Xevot. iht__ pilot, and MM. Alveaux and Le Sollier. the mechanics, were all injured, and are now in hospital. According to eye-witnesses. Mr Curzon. who jumped clear as the machine neared the ground, gallantly dashed into the flames and saved the pilot and the two mechanics.
