Political circles are speculating concerning a memorandum slated to have been nrepared by Mr. Oswald Mosley. Mr." Lansl.uvy and Mr. Tom Johnston, the Ministers assisting Mr Thomas to deal with unemployment. The trio are reported to be dissatisfied with the progress being made and have prepared their own schemes which are described as drastic and costly.
Mr. Thomas said that it was impracticable to pass them on to labmet.
