CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. 1 (Special to tho Times.) OrOTUvI,, Feb. 7. At tlie montly meeting of the Opqtiki Chamber of Commerce, Mr. AY. J. Scott, president, was in the chair. The secretary was instructed to write to the Postmaster-General asking. when the daily parcel mail was to commence, as notification has been received that negotiations are proceeding with a view to commence the service. A letter was received from the Borough Council declining to make special .storage for case benzine on the wharf.
