While satin court- shoes, with. .1 hose to tone, were worn and the bride carried a beautiful bouquet ol white dahlias, carnations, and asparl agus fern. The bride was attended i by two bridesmaids, Aliss Bonnie Robertson (chief), and Aliss Aland Herbert (sister of the bridegroom), fl W|lio wore model' frocks of pink and n blue georgette, with semi-fitting bodices and liared iskirts, trimmed with bows of georgette and multi-colored lc satin motifs. Both wore picture hats :1 of crinoline straw trimmed with mul-ti-colored georgette and bunches of plush, flowers:; gold, brocaded shoes, e with hose to tone, and carried beauy tiful bouquets of jiink carnations and asparagus. Tho duties of Pest man were fulfilled by Air L. Rhodes, of J Gisborne, and or groomsman by Air. J. Walsh, brother of the bride. Following the ceremony, the t .guests were entertained at the Tolaga Bay Hotel, to an elaborate wedding breakfast. Air and Airs Walsh 11 and Air and Airs Herbert received their guests in the lounge, Mrs Walsh wearing a becoming frock of - royal blue crepe de chine, black silk repp coat and royal blue crinoline straw liat trimmed with plush flowI ors. M rs Herbert was attired in biscuit crepe, de eliine, with close fitting hat of biscuit, straw rimmed with royal blue ribbon. Both carried bouquets of red • dahlias- and asparagus fern. The guests proceeded to oon.l gratulate the bride and bridegroom, who received their guests under a charming wedding bell. The beautiful three-tier wedding cake, which ' adorned the bride’s table, was made ~ by her father. The usual toasts were ' honored, after which the bride left g for her honeymoon in a Nile green celanese jumper suit, green bankok hat and black satin coat and Wore a beautiful fox fur, the gift of the P bridegroom.
