appeared for complainant. Defendant stated in evidence that his default. had been due to being out of work. Since incurring the responsibility. he had married and his wife _ had a child in August last. Stating that the best thing to do would be to give defendant a chance to obtain employment, the Afag' trate' adjourned the case for two months.
In investigating the circumstances surrounding tho use of machine-guns in the recent Sauioan trouble, the Chief Judge (Air. J. H.
