Nelson has discontinued his suit against the New Zealand Herald; froiti whom lie claimed L 10,000' for alleged libel. No reply has been received from tho Administrator to Nelson's request for the safe conduct rf his Witnesses, and consequently Air Hall Skelton told Air Justice Herdimm in the Supreme Court this .nomr.ig that, lie had. no option but to discontinue the action.
