Store pigs were penned in small numbers. Values were firm at late quotations. Large stores made £2 to' £2 Bs, slips £1- 10s to £1 16s, weaners 12s to £1 12s.
There was a heavy yarding of calves. Values were on a. par with last weeks quotations, except for heavy vealers which were easier in value, Runners- made £5 to £8 15s, heavy vealers £4 14s -t-o £o 16s, medium vealers £4 to £4 ,12s, light vealers £3 8s to £3 ISs, smaller vealers £2 10s to £3 6s, small .-and fresh dropped 7s‘ to £2 6s, rough calves £1 7s- to £1 12s.
