Part XV., Rule 13.—“8y the entering of a horse every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horse shall bo deemed thereby to underbake neither directly or indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker: in- connection with such horse or any other horse in the race in which such horse is so entered. Each entry shall contain or if it do not contain shall be conclusively . assumed to .contain such an undertaking, breach whereof shall he a corrupt practice of the turf within the meaning of Part XXXIT. of these Rules.
