Following a, threatening morning, the weather conditions proved excellent ilor If he annual picnic of Court William -Gladstone, Foresters’ Lodge, hold at Kopua. Excellent arrangements tor the day hail been made by title committee and the function proved wholly success!-d. Tho sports events were well contested and Ihe children present weir specially catered lor. At the 'of tho programme, the Chief Ranger Bro. C. Vaughan, spoke briefly on the pleasures ol the day, lol_ lowing which Mrs. J. J.
