WORLD-WIDE HAPPENINGS. The Australian Press Association, states a London message, understands that an Australian State loan is imminent in London. A preliminary estimate of the wheat harvest for New South Males is 50.223.000 bushels, an average ot 15.1 bushels per acre, which is 31 per cent, better than the average for the past ten seasons, and an increase of nearly < ,000.000 bushels over the previous harvest. Following a reduction in the price of flour in Svdney, the price ot bread has boon reduced one farthing per 21b loaf. The Trades and Labor Council ot Queensland decided to withdraw the Queensland delegate from the industrial mission to America.
