RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Committee reserves the right of increasing or reducing the number of events on the Programme. No Nomination received unless accompanied by- necessary Entrance Fees'. Four to start or no Event. Five at least to start or no Second Prize. Protests, which must be lodged not later than 15 minutes following the termination of any event, must be accompanied by a deposit fee of 10/-, which shall be forfeited should the protest be considered frivolous. The decision of the Protest Committee shall in all cases be final.
