ANNULMENT BY ROMAN ROTA DENIED. LONDON, Jan. 23. Marconi denies that the Roman l’ota annulled his marriage.—A. and N.Z.C.A. A cable message from Rome on January 20 stated: “The Sacred Rota has annulled Marconi’s marriage on the grounds that the couple agreed before marriage that they could separate whenever they wished. As marriage is regarded as indissolubleby the Roman "Church, such a condition makes the marriage null.”
