WORKERS SHOULD SHAKE BENEFITS IN BUSINESS. DIVIDENDS COULD BE LEGALLY RESTRICTED. (Received Jan. 24, 8.50 .p.m.Y LONDON, Jan. 24. Mr Hodges, speaking at Portsmouth, urged that industrial relations could only he improved'by the workers .sharing benefits. He added that, if necessary, dividends should be restricted legally.
