Mussolini intervieAved by Mr Ashmead Bartleet, for the Daily Express, said the Fascist militia is now 285,060 enrolled men, but only 10,000 were permanently on duty under arms. The militia was absolutely untrainedl, and unequipped for foreign warfare. Italy has only 149,000 soldiers for the defence of her frontiers.
