WELLINGTON', Last Night, Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds, northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerlies freshening elsewhere; weather warm and hazy with increasing cloudiness generally, and rain soon in districts with a westerly aspect. The.barometer has a falling‘tendency everywhere.
