MR. CHURCHILL'S INCLUSION PROBABLE
LONDON, Nov. 5. Mr. Baldwin l brought up his Cabinet list from the country, where lie was engaged in the task of selection, unfettered , by outside influences. Hq issued invitations to those chosen shortly after seeing the King. The Prime Minister was influenced in his selection by a determination to mcc-t the viewpoint of Empire as well as of Britain. It is expected the names v.iiil be announced to-morrow.
A report that Lord Birkenhead will go to the India Office is discredited.
